AFTER HOURS BURST WATER MAIN REPAIR

We attended site for reports of a burst pipe. Performed excavation and repair work after hours to allow the site to fully operate the next day without interruption.

ROOF REPLACEMENT

We had originally inspected the roof following reports of multiple roof leaks within the premises.

Upon inspection found the roof severely rusted and requiring replacement.

FIRE DAMAGED ROOF REPAIR

An urgent call came through requiring immediate rectification following an overnight building fire.

Carried out immediate make safes to make the building water tight and assisted with the clean up. A replacement section of roof was installed.

COMMERCIAL KITCHEN GREASE TRAP INSTALLATION

Following a food safety audit of the building. We installed an above ground grease trap with a sullage pump connected to the commercial kitchen fixtures to make the site compliant.

RAINWATER TANK INSTALLATION

Working in conjunction with builders and landscapers we provided installation of a new rainwater tank connecting to the toilets and irrigation for a preschool.

DRINKING FOUNTAIN INSTALLATIONS

Performed upgrades of the drinking fountains to multiple sites all over Melbourne.

BELOW GROUND STORMWATER REPAIR

Inspected the below ground stormwater drain due to flooding in the convenience store at a busy intersection in Carlton. Found the downpipe overflowing due to the damaged stormwater drain. Traffic management was engaged and a section of the footpath removed to replace the stormwater drain. The footpath was reinstated to the council's requirements.

BELOW GROUND SEWER REPAIR

Sewer blockages were continually occurring at an indoor Children's Play Centre in Thomastown. It was found the existing sewer drain was holding water due to reduced fall caused by ground movement. The carpark and driveway was barricaded and 30m of PVC sewer drain was replaced.

INSTALLATION OF GUARD RAILS

Shipping holding yard had unbarricaded vertical drop between two yards. This was a safety hazard. We installed compliant guard rails around the perimeter of the elevated yard.

REPLACEMENT OF GUTTERS

The storage yard warehouse required appropriate roof drainage. We installed 200mm half round gutters to provide adequate drainage of the roof catchment area. Due to heights, this was performed with an elevated work platform.

REPLACEMENT OF BOX GUTTERS AND FIBREGLASS SHEETS

A warehouse in Scoresby was getting water ingress through the fibreglass roof sheets and overflowing box gutters. The fibreglass sheets and box gutters were replaced. With high capacity overflows installed along with a Dambuster rainhead as per current Australian Standards.
